2025 Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting of the Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union was held on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at the PSFCU Operations Center in Fairfield, NJ. 

During the meeting, PSFCU members heard reports on the results of our Union's activities in the 2024 financial year presented by Krzysztof Matyszczyk, Chairman of the PSFCU Board of Directors, Leszek Wojtkowski, Treasurer of the PSFCU Board of Directors, PSFCU Supervisory Board Chairman Artur Dołęga, and PSFCU Executive Director Bogdan Chmielewski.

During the meeting, it was announced that Mr. Krzysztof Matyszczyk, attorney Mariusz Śniarowski, and attorney Henry Walentowicz will begin a new three-year term on the PSFCU Board of Directors. Henry Walentowicz would serve a new three-year term on the PSFCU Board of Directors.

Following the Annual Meeting, the newly constituted Board of Directors met to select its Executive Committee. During the coming year, the committee will be composed as follows:
-    Chairman – Krzysztof Matyszczyk 
-    1st Vice Chairwoman – Malgorzata Gradzki
-    2nd Vice Chairman – Karol Kwiatkowski
-    Treasurer – Dr. Iwona Korga 
-    Secretary – Malgorzata Czajkowska
